Can anyone tell me how can I access the purchase history from the starting date of my ebay account?

You can't I'm afraid.

Your can only access your purchase history for 2-3 years at best.

I don't know what you are looking for but you could try your paypal account...it goes back much further than ebay.

Or maybe you have saved your old emails of purchases and/or payments?
