You cannot change it.

Let me guess - you don't keep up with eBay fees and consider eBay making money to be anathema.

There is a fixed fee of $44  but as far as I know it is only available if selling services.  Dont think you can use it with auctions.

You cannot change fees.

If you want to list an item at $44, you should probably use Buy It Now.

Assuming that is what you are asking.

Fees are contingent on sale price, not how you list.
