How can I contact ebay? Chat assistant says problem connecting to agent

Hi long story short im unable to get chat assistant to connect me to an agent and the numbers ive found via google are all disconnected.

 

So if ebay reads this 

 

Dear eBay Support,

 

I wish to raise a formal concern regarding the buyer’s handling of this transaction. The buyer has simultaneously lodged:

 

1. A PayPal dispute for additional postage funds, and

 

 

2. A PayPal “item not received” claim, and

 

 

3. An eBay “item not as described” case.

 

 

 

This is a clear breach of eBay’s Money Back Guarantee policy on duplicate claims. eBay specifically requires that disputes are handled through a single platform to prevent “double recovery.” Filing multiple disputes across PayPal and eBay for the same underlying transaction is against policy.

 

I understand that you may not be able to see the PayPal disputes directly; however, eBay’s own rules state that if a PayPal claim is lodged, the eBay case should not continue separately. By allowing the buyer to pursue both paths, it creates an unfair duplicate claim and places me at risk of being charged multiple times for the same matter.

 

I request that eBay act on this and enforce its policy by closing the case accordingly. I also ask that this be escalated if necessary, as I have provided evidence that the buyer has pursued claims on both platforms.
