I have a question about a Dyson battery for a cordless vacuum cleaner.

Seller is in China and three out of four of their negs from this month alone are for selling shoddy batteries

There will also be no warranty, no matter what their ad says

I hope it is not a question because you have already purchased from them

If the seller is located in China, apart from what Sandy said, it is possible that their items are not genuine. Recently someone came here mentioning they had received a fake Dyson product.

It is always a good idea to buy this kind of items locally from an authorized reseller.

I hope it wasn’t that they will replace the battery,they are not going to. If they do, it will be dodgy like all the batteries they sell are. And if it damages your Dyson, Dyson will not cover the damage because the battery is not a Dyson battery but a generic knock off from China
