How do I make a claim against ebay

On 4th Dec 2019 I was charge $48.99 on my Paypal account for an ebay plus annual membership fee which I did not sign up for. How do I claim a refund?

Click on ebayplus at the top of this page

You will find all the information about your membership including when you joined and when your next payment is due.

There is a drop down box to edit membership. If you cancel membership now it will stop the next payment coming out (but you can still use ebayplus until the expiry date)
