How do I resolve an ongoing AusPost label issues with eBay?

Back in Feb eBay had invoiced me for AusPost labels which I have not used. I contacted their support (via live chat) and was promised that a credit would be applied within 25 days against my account and that I would only need to pay the selling fee and postage fee that I actually used. We are now in May and after multiple contacts with eBay customer service and being repeatedly promised that the credit will be applied, they have not progressed with this at all. I requested this issue to be escalated only to be repeatedly told that it has been. I have 9 conversation transcripts from the online chat all with ebay confirming credit is warranted.

My seller acount has now been blocked, I have received debt collection message from ebay demanding payment for postage services they have not actually provided. I am stumped by this problem and now I can't even contact their online chat due to item number no longer being recognised. There is no phone or email support. I am considering a putting in a complaint to the ACCC.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
