The 10% voucher was literally the only reason I chose to sell on this platform. I activated the offer through mobile and assumed it was operational although I never received a confirmation I assumed it would come through after a sale is made. However it seems for whatever reason the voucher didn't activate correctly? I contacted live chat and was given the generic ' we can't do anything for you but from now on you can get the 10% ' , as if you can't apply to a previous sale due to a technical fault. I have cancelled my plus membership and will no longer use this service. It could well have been my internet or phone that caused the glitch on my end, i do not know, but the customer service and seller retention received was pitiful.
