I am not able to sign into my account even though I did a few hours ago.

I'm being told wrong user name of password even though it's the same information I've used for about 10 years. I'm now not receiving emails either. Of course the number for ebay is useless as they can't verify my account so the automated voice said sign in to your account. Well that would be helpful if I could! I'm concerned my account is being misused, can't sign in to check etc and it will take 24-48 hours for someone to respond to my customer support email.
