Why would you get the money back?

You need to pay the fees that are due

It is not a refundable fee after you cancel 

How and when did you cancel?

You will want to make sure you did it correctly or you will keep being charged the fees you agreed to when you signed up

Did you read the t&c, or just ticked that you had read them?

LOL - cancelled is not a money back - it is simply no further payment.

You have a very limited time to cancel ebay +, after a renewal payment is made.   If you cancelled in time ( I think you have 14 days possibly 7)  then you need to contact ebay CS  and request a refund, it is not automatic.
