Does it say it is eBay related?
Where is the transaction? (on your bank statement/ PayPal/did you get an email?)
Is there an item in your purchase history that matches the amount?
Does anyone else use your eBay account?
Does it say what it is for? (a purchase/ fees/etc)
Was the amount $48.99, and if so, did you sign up for a free eBay Plus trail and not cancel that before the paid period kicked in?
