How can I complain about this? Should I contact the Dept of Fair Trading with a complaint?
Sounds like you got a pre-written/scripted response from base level cs, is that right?

What is the issue you need help from a supervisor with?
Is it something other members here can help with?

A supervisor will tell you exactly the same thing.
And if you didn't use a label, YOU need to cancel it but there's a time limit.
Did you receive all the information on 22nd January ? ....as advised by a very patient eBay agent !
