I have accidently removed ebay from automatic payments on paypal.

How do I correct this problem as there is no reverse available on paypal.

Do you mean automatic payments that you would receive as a seller?

If so, eBay no longer enables payments for sold items to go to the seller's PayPal account. Managed Payments (eBay's own payment system in collaboration with Adyen) have been de rigeur for about two years. You'll need to sign up for Managed Payments, as explained in this Help page.

If you mean automatic payments for your seller fees which you pay to eBay, that has also changed. No longer are these fees able to be paid from your PayPal account. These fees are now deducted from the payments that you receive as a seller when you sell items. See this Help page for details.

Are you selling on eBay after a bit of a break from selling? You need to make yourself fully aware of the changes, which are significant.

I'm pretty sure you're correct there Kopes, there was a post a while back that if you removed Paypal as an option in checkout on eBay, it could not be reinstated

It can only be done through another purchase from the vendor.

ie. I purchase my anti virus through PP as they always try to renew early and at a greater cost if automatically renewed.

Each time I renew I go and turn off their ability to automatically renew by turning off their recurring payments.

I have no problem renewing again - it's a new purchase.
