Where did you buy? If you bought on eBay (the normal way), it should be fine, but If you saw an ad on Facebook and paid via bank transfer, unfortunately it is a scam. It has been around for a long time, but unfortunately it has not been stopped yet.
At any rate we are not eBay staff here, so you will have to contact eBay live chat and ask them.
AU in front of the number looks suspicious. My order numbers don't have AU in front of them.
