I have had 2 transactions put on hold, no previous problems, and payments in paypal cannot be transferred to my bank 

after getting the hold notice, another transaction went through normally after getting the hold notice,  I have 100% rating... payment will not be released for 21 days

Once an account hasn't sold for over 12 months then they are treated as a new account and a hold on funds is introduced.

If you can show it marked as posted, online tracking shows delivered and feedback left by the buyer then PP will often release funds earlier once contacted.

the thing is I sold something a few days before, all good ,transferred the money OK.. no issues , got excellent feedback, so it baffles me why the hold thing, thanks fro helping with the post, cheers

Probably once the transactions increased in value or simply that there were multiple transactions.
I noticed there was 1 on 30th May then suddenly 4 on 20th June.
