This is an endless cycle that every time I go to log in asks this question , but I can never progress past this point. I will repeat, I have the correct Log in details including my password

It's possibly a "login loop", try clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer.

Have you tried using a different browser, I use Firefox and Chrome with very few problems on Win 10.

If you are not referring to another account, you are logged in now because you can post here.

Are you using an incognito browser or window when you get that message, or a proxy?
