Why do I keep getting messages to update my account and banking details. I have already done this

But have you completed everything required and done so correctly?

Such as the name on your bank account needs to match exactly with the name your email account is in (no shortening of names/any middle names included on both etc) 

As said, other members cannot simply guess the reason why this is happening in your case and then explain it to you
