I'm not receiving the security verification code e-mail.

I'm trying to update my account and when prompted it is supposed to send a security code.

That e-mail is not being sent.

I can receive all other e-mails just not the security code.

it looks like it is adding a fullstop to the end of my e-mail.

Further to that when i try to "get assistance" with accessing my account another way it tells me to call "null" and provide another code on the phone.

 

Can anyone give advice how to resolve this.

Online support wants to call me on an old disconnected number to resolve the issue, which they then tell me to update. and I cannot.
