Open and follow through with an item not as described dispute if what was in the description is not what you were sent

Was this from the seller in China with the terrible feedback and photos lifted from other websites?

You follow the correct process, which is described in the post above your comment

That is assuming the item is not as described, rather than you buying something too small (and if that is the case, the seller would need to accept change of mind returns)

But whichever it is, no you don't just do your own thing
