I need to speak with a live Customer Service person. Chat Bot did not recognise my problem.

I cannot find an article on my problem. Buyer paid and picked up. I am unable to confirm pickup because it is asking for the buyer's code. How do I now manually change the action to Picked Up. I have sent a message to the Buyer, hopefully they will be able to email me their Buyer's code.

 

I was hoping to chat with Custom Service and request they action this at their end.   Does a Customer Service Team exist at eBay??

It's really easy to get through to an agent... but you have to tell the automated assistant what you want. It doesn't know you or your issue, and it's not a mind reader. It's an AI program which offers you the most appropriate options based on the algorithms generated by your personal input.

 

As with any AI, if you're not getting the right answers, then you're obviously asking the wrong questions. It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to work that out.

 

If you want to speak to an agent, then try typing "Speak to agent" in the text field - simples. In my experience, doing so has a 100% success rate.
