I bought an item and only found out later the seller had sent me an email to say he was out of stock. When I got the cancellelation from him, I refused because I thought I could just swap the item for another colour. (First time this has happened).
he contacted me querying it and told me he then had to pay some sort of surchage . So I guess he isnt happy with me. I dont want to be on bad terms with this seller, is there anything I can do to fix this. I offered to buy another item and told him to add the surcharge on the invoice. I havent heard since.
