I wish to have my bank account details removed from my profile on eBay.  I had to provide these to have the funds from a recent sale and I no longer wish these detailes to be stored with you. I would like to speak to a human EBay representative to clarrify this matter.

How did you send a request to eBay?

If you sent an email, that is pointless, emails are automated and not read by humans

eBay help is at the top of every page

Type something like 'speak to an agent' in the chat bot
