Please clearly state your problem 🤔

Do you mean signing up for Smartycashback , ticking they read the t&c when they didn't and then being surprised when they are charged the fees the ticked as having read and agreed to?

 

And then still not cancelling their subscription

 

Maybe they just read 'voucher' and nothing beyond that

 

Why would anyone 'tick' anything where bank details/payments are involved without actually reading properly?  especially if it is not clearly stated what they are agreeing to in the first place

Many mistakes can be avoided by reading the T&Cs carefully.
