eBay has recently changed how others can see your feedback, for privacy.
If you are signed in, you'll see your purchase details; if I looked at your feedback, I wouldn't be able to see what you have bought.
Anything you sell, I will be able to see details and view the item; this would let me know what your previous buyers think of their transactions with you, and can be helpful for prospective buyers.
"Private" listings means that the seller has chosen to protect the privacy of the buyer by hiding details of the item in feedback.
