Limiting my sales listings

Why am I limited in  selling when Ebay is advertising 250,000 items per month?   I am show as "below standard" and it was to be reviewed 20th July?   When is that????   U have been a member for 18 years but now we are being treated quite BADLY.

Below  standard seller,  penalties and account restrictions apply.

Below Standard means that your performance has fallen below our minimum standards and as a result, we may place limitations on your selling activity, including charging higher final value fees, until your performance improves

To make sure we're getting a fair picture, we'll adjust how far we look back (the "evaluation period") depending on how much you've sold recently:

  • If you had more than 400 transactions in the past 3 months, we'll count all those transactions
  • If you had fewer than 400 transactions in the past 3 months, we'll count all your transactions from the last 12 months

To help understand how evaluations work, please see our calculation examples below.

Other members can't tell you why, you would need to contact eBay to get an 'eBay answer'

You have far more information available to you than anyone here on the forum does

You feedback is only 98.3% so perhaps eBay consider that poor enough to limit you?

Did you address the concerns of those buyers?

Do you upload tracking to all your sales?

Do you post within your handling time each time?

Have you had any listing removed for any reason?

Have you been asked to 're-do' / update any part of Managed Payments and did'nt?

July 20 was two days ago (Thursday)

Same policy /rules for every seller who falls below standard (as far as eBay are concerned) it does'nt matter how long a person has been a member, there's no 'special' allowance for that
