My ebay not recognizing the documents i upload to them - i have tried different browsers, none work

Yesterday i was informed by ebay that my buying opportunites have been put on restriction - not sure exactly why. It may be in relation to a message they sent me months ago asking for fresh identity documents.

They had requested my drivers license and other identifying documents.

I had thought the original email (which i only read through my computer email - as i had not visited ebay for several months) was a spam/criminal email. So i did not address it at the time.

Now i cannot upload the said documents to ebay.

The option to press the ring or email ebay just takes me to generic questions - none which fit the problem i have.

Many thanks in advance.

I am using a Macbook Pro (recently upgraded to Sierra). I have used Safari and Firefox browsers with no success.

Quite anxious to get back into the ebay community - but it is proving difficult.

When you go into "help and contact" you'll need to try different options until the "ring us" or preferably "we'll call you" option comes up, the latter is the best because you tend to get a more knowledgeable CS rep that way.
