I have been trying to get Ebay to reply to an email I did send some days ago. Still waiting. Although I updatee my postal address, one item from my last purchase was send to Alice Springs, NT, while I changed my postal address to Tara, Queensland. So I am up for additional postal charges. It is still to time consuming to find ways to find the right topic to chose from when wanting to contact Ebay with a certain question or plroblem.
