Non payment from a buyer

I listed a complaint with Ebay 3 months ago about a non payment from a buyer. Also stupid me accidentally posted the item to the buyer with out them paying. Apart from the initial response from Ebay saying that they will look into the case I have not heard any further from them.  I did send them another 4 emails updating them on the status of the problem as I tried to contact the buyer myself and had no reponse from them. I just noticed today in the intial reply from Ebay that they do not respond to any emails sent by reply.  I tried to go back and contact through my intial complaint and all I get is that you have already listed a complaint on this item.  How in hell do I contact them again.  This is so wrong that they make it so difficult to contact them and it shouldn't be allowed. They simply don't care.  They also took the sale commission and I couldn't apply for a credit as I was waiting for a response from them.

After 3 months there may not be anything they can do unfortunately.
