I just bought an item and clicked through the process as usual and an old address from years ago was displayed, too late for me to cancel the process. All my previous orders, include some placed only a few days ago were processed using the correct address. One item was delivered only yesterday.
The old address does not appear on either my eBay or PayPal accounts. As a precaution I have now "updated" my eBay delivery address, although in fact I changed nothing on the screen.
Where did the old address come from and why? How can I now be sure my next order does not again get processed incorrectly?
