One computer - Two users. Query re selling setups.

Wife has been buying for many years but only started selling on her ID last year using her own email address & Paypal and all's good there for her.  My question is now that I want to start selling my own blokey stuff & bits myself using my own newish ID how do I do that??  Can my ID use her already setup Paypal a/c or do I have to have a separate Paypal a/c because I have a separate email address??  How do I do that when I don't have a credit card??  Can I put her CC details in if I have to create a new Paypal a/c??  Can I pay my ebay fees on her CC too?  I only have a Debit Card for my hole-in-the-wall bank a/c where the pension gets paid to but I don't want to put that account at any risk. I haven't bought anything here yet and the wife doesn't know how to link the two of us or even if we can be 'married' that way. Sorry lots of questions in one post. Thanks for helping.
