I want to return an item ( never had to before) and I am trying to set up a return to seller. But I cant find any of the orders I have made recently in my account. Nothing is showing up. I cant start the return process because of this. what can I do? please make answer simple as possible.
Go to purchase history and change the option at the top from 60 days to 2021.
Your purchases should then show.
To the right of each item is a small drop down menu.
If the item is NAD then open a case for INAD under returns.
