A payment of $83.90 was taken by eBay Commerce from my account for no reason how do I get a refund

If you are saying you have not purchased anything from a seller on eBay and don't allow anyone else to use your account,

Before you worry about 'getting a refund' your first concern should be notifying your bank of an unauthorised charge so the can cancel your card and investigate. No point 'getting a refund' from eBay if someone is using your account without your permission if you don't make your bank aware of the unauthorised charge

THEN you contact eBay to notify them your account has been compromised

You also need to change all your passwords etc
