Dear Sir/ Madam.

I would like an answer as to why eBay does not credit me with the correct number of purchases I have made over time. Eg. I have made 12 or more purchases this week and have only been creditited with 2. This has been going on for quite some time and I really dont know what my correct total is. Can you help.

eBay staff do not read here, responders are fellow buyers and sellers like yourself

I am afraid I do not understand what you mean by eBay giving you credit for your purchases?

Do you mean the sellers are not leaving you feedback? (which is up to sellers if they leave it, nothing to do with eBay)

If you purchase multiple items from a seller in the same week you only get credit for one purchase.

For example....your profile gives you a total of 412 transactions but you have also received 477 feedback which means that you have made 412 transactions but have purchased 477 items from sellers who have left you feedback.

In my case I have had 6026 transactions but have bought in excess of 14000 items....I usually buy multiple items from sellers.
