Cancel Ebay plus subscription

I have followed all the steps to cancel ebay plus but each action simply takes me back to my home page.
There is no "Edit Membership" button to click showing on my page.
I have tried to contact ebay via FB, but after verifying my account, there is no further response from the 'eBay AU Social Media Team'.
How can I contact someone who can solve this issue?

lo647024 Have you tried any of the advice given by numerous members in numerous threads on the forum? I am certain if fellow members had any other suggestions that what they have posted many times over, they would have added it already
