What happened when you tried to contact them via eBay help at the top of any page? And did you try during their operating hours?

Me too! Want to return an item but the return address eBay provided appears bogus. "Trish, Queen st, North Ward, Qld. I've printed the label for the return but I'm pretty sure it's not going anywhere. The contact page is useless and takes me around in circles. Is it so hard to provide real customer service?
