How can I talk to a human being about a problem concerning GST being imposed inappropriately

I am selling low value antique items on EBAY and EBAY insists that some buyers pay GST even though the law in Australia exempts such items from GST. I have spent several hows using the EBAY help options to get some action taken, and have gotten precisely nowhere. In addition some supposedly expert the EBAY system referred me to told me he could take over my computer and get the matter followed up if I paid hem $112!

This is both frustrating and outrageous.
