How do i cancel xcover

You open your Xcover account and you are directed back to Ebay with no LINK to where tho cancel the policy. Both Ebay and Xcover are thieves who make it as difficult as possible to cancel a policy. There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why Xcover can't put a simple radio button on your account against the policy to cancel.  The Only reason is that Xcover don't want to lose the annual premium.

It's 2nd year they took my money (I tried when they took my money again one year later and I gave up how to cancle) and I tried again, still the same, so I contacted to help centre via live chat and was told contact to the seller and send message. So, i just sent message to the seller today. If this is correct why ebay doesn't mention this one at the first place instead saying login to xcover or go to dash board? I'll let you ppl know if I can cancel by contacting the seller later.
