How long does it take eBay to give Top Rated Seller status?

We reached 100 feedback with 100% positive 9 days ago and were expecting to receive Top Rated Seller status by now.  How long does it take?

I think TRS is only given to powersellers, so you need to click the powerseller logo to see how you are going, it is a lot more than just feedback involved, and your evaluation to PS and TRS is on a certain day of the month.

nothing will show before your evaluation date
