I've been trying to add my debit account to my ebay without any luck & can't find a number for ebay. I really need help to set this up

Are you a buyer trying to update the card info you already have for eBay purchases?

OR

Are you wanting to start to sell on eBay?

For which you would need to fully complete all steps of signing up to Managed Payments to be verified

and if as a seller, you will need an Australia bank account that can receive withdrawals and deposits and the name of that account must exactly match that of your eBay account. It is not a simple matter of 'adding a card'
