Non Payment by ebay

I am posting this question in the hope that someone at ebay will read it and take some action ACTION.

I have been a member on ebay for over 10 years with this and another account and wonder if anyone else is having this same problem.

I am NOT receiving payments into my bank account ( properly verified by ebay) with payments being stuck in the " in progress" mode for over 6 weeks. 

Each time I contact ebay by phone or Chat Line complaining about this situation ( and believe me its been lots !} I have been assured it it is a problem with Ebays ADYEN program ( not of my doing ) and it will be fixed soon  - my complaints have been escalated but still not resolved.  In the meantime I am getting recent payments and some that were well over due ( only small amounts)  but not earlier larger payouts amounting to over $850.00. 

Each time I contact ebay it is an impenetrable wall of "All care but No responsibility" 

I am at the point of reporting ebay to Dept. of Consumer Affairs  for very shoddy business practices.

So ebay if your reading this please PULL YOUR FINGER OUT and get this problem solved.
