Been charged for something I have not sold
If a buyer hits the Buy button (or wins an auction by having placed the winning bid), it is recorded automatically by eBay as a sale.
Therefore you will automatically be charged the final value fee, unless you take the steps to inform eBay that the sale failed to be completed. This is done by the seller cancelling the sale after 4 days (when the option appears for the seller to cancel for the reason “buyer didn’t pay”). If you failed to cancel with that reason, then eBay will not know that the transaction wasn’t completed.
We need more details, but based on what we have, it is possible that the OP forgot about the auctions or didn't know that once an auction ends and a buyer wins, the item is considered sold, and the buyers forgot (?) to pay... It is the 4th day today, so tomorrow you could cancel with the reason that the buyer didn't pay. The buyers should also receive reminders to pay from eBay, but if you can contact them too.
