Your payouts are on hold please update your a/c details to avoid restrictions? I have updated??

Received this message in a large red block "Your Payouts are on hold until you update your a/c details - Update before 1st Aug to avoid restrictions??? "  I have updated so many times & this message is still on my page.  None of my a/c details with ebay have changed.  I have tried to find out what the problem is & it was suggested I change my username or password - I changed my password & the message is still there??  Has anyone received this message & can suggest what I can do please.

Had same problem been going on for two weeks. Have had them ring me 3 times, agents say nothing is wrong with your account, each one says update your bank details and nothing changed anything. Have updated 4 times. Last agent said try uploading my bank statement and did that. They are still holding my payouts and saying they will restrict further.

Presumably you have not verified your bank account and ID, as per this Help page: https://www.ebay.com.au/help/selling/getting-paid/registering-seller?id=4792
