Refunding an old postage label

I have printed a label and been charged but no longer needed the label as buyer decided they wanted to pay express instead. How do I get my old label refunded. It has been longer than 5 days....?

If you cancelled the label within the 5 day limit, it then takes  25 days +  for AP to confirm the label has not been used, after which ebay will process a refund.

If you did not cancel within the time limit, then all you can do is contact CS via live chat and hope for a goodwill payment.

Cancel it.

It takes some time to be refunded though as AP need to make sure it hasn't been used.
