The review offer box is only showing the offer from the seller and not showing the blue bubbles to click on to either accept, counter, or decline. When I try to make an offer it will only let me type a number is not showing the blue bubble to send offer. This is happening on my laptop. I have cleared cookies etc. This is happening on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser. It works fine on my cell phone.
