Last three purchases and the seller be er sells but marks as posted. evat won't "help" for a fee weeks. No way to get support, no email, no phone.
I cant think of any reason to ever use eBay again.
I predict 2025 eBay shuts down ... Must be hard with 100k execs and only 10 support staff.
I suspect, given there is little English in your post, that you have not availed yourself of the eBay MBG. Available to every buyer and extremely buyer-centric.
If you are within the MBG timeframe.
You do not need eBay support staff
It is up to you to open and follow through with item not received disputes
You are shown the estimated delivery date before you buy,and no, you cannot open a dispute before the last of those dates
And if you choose to buy from dodgy sellers registered in China and ignore all the neg feedback they have, then it is more than likely you will keep having the same issue
ebay do not read here and have no idea if you use the site

A couple of points for me to make here.
1. As soon as the seller generates a postage label, eBay marks the item as "sent".
2. If the seller just posts the item in the red PO box, it will not be immediately scanned and possibly not scanned until the item is out for delivery.
If one of your problems is with the seller in China who last left you feedback, their feedback is terrible , only 91.9 % .
If you don't receive an item you paid for, this link will give you all the information you need to know about filing a claim with eBay's MBG
