Stop keeping loged in on trusted decice

I want to stop ebay keeping my logged into PayPal on trusted device. I follow the email, log out but next time I buy from ebay I get the same email over and over again.  Contacting PayPal said to contact you as it's not them. I don't accept this and I am about to close my account. Please rectify.

It is not 'us' and other members cannot rectify it for you

Have you tried going to your settings and turned off the one step log in (or whatever it is called)

Have you tried clearing cache/cookies/etc etc

You or someone using your account has set it up that way, it does'nt 'just happen'

It did just start happening, no one else uses my mobile

Since PayPal say it's eBay and eBay say it's PayPal my solution is cancel both accounts and shop elsewhere, however, thank you for your help

It's not eBay, it's Paypal. They do it periodically when you consistently login from the same device.

Go into Paypal security settings and turn it off.

Or spit the dummy and close both accounts.

As davewil says, this is due to a setting in PayPal. You can disable it but you will need to log into PayPal’s website, not the app, in order to disable that setting.
