Ebay customer service in Australia geels non existed hard to speak with real person or even hard to find live chat im so very disapointed

You have to go to the help page, scroll down to "contact us" and go through all the options until a live chat appears (during normal business hours).

It says i authorised a payment of $45.47 AUD to ebay Commerce Australia pty ltd

Does it say it on your actual eBay account or just in an email (and if it was only in an email and nowhere else then it sounds like a phising scam)

Never click on any link in an email, go to your messages in eBay and make sure it is real

Is there anything in your purchase history for that amount? If there is something, has somebody else access to your account/computer? If not, it could indeed by a scam.
