I am trying to confirm my account details to list my first item but eBay only provides 2 forms of identification, Passport & Drivers License. Both of which I have neither. I am an 87 year old pensioner trying to sell my recently deceased husbands books & CDs. All I have is my Photo Card and Medicare. Please help me I would really appreciate some guidance.

To be honest eBay can be a minefield even for experienced sellers nowadays with all the rule and regulations.

Likewise Facebook Marketplace has it's own problems with scammers and thieves.

You might be better off trying a local auctioneer to offload your husband's items.

It *used* to be that proof of age card from some states was acceptable 

I have no idea if that is still so

Have you tried putting you photo card number in the driver's license number space?

(also only if the name on that card exactly matches the name on your eBay account, and your bank account)

Use the driver’s license and input your photo id instead
