What can I do I have forgotten my password

I have seen about a dozen questions about this but no bloody answers from EBAY

When you attempt to log in, the “I’ve forgotten my password” link should appear. Enter your email address and the link to reset your password should be emailed to you.

Not sure where you have looked at the questions and there has been no answers 

Members always respond with the answer when the question is posted here, with the correct information on what to do

so you don't need 'eBay' answers

Or use the blue link shown when you go to sign in and it says 'trouble signing in'?
