i think ive accidentally  replaced my old ebay account. they use the same email and now i cant log into my old one to get order details off it

This sounds like you've purchased as a guest

Or  a linked ID through Social Media

Log out of all Social Media and  log out of eBay.

You should then be able log in  with the correct purchasing ID and see all the   order details

Accounts cannot share the same email.

thats the problem. when you try to make an account with an email youve already used it asks if you want to replace it. wich is what i reckon ive done.

If you tried to register a new account with an existing email address, you’d receive the message:

“this email address is already in use”

You’d need to close the first account which couldn’t be done if you had current transactions.

Did you sign in through Google, Apple or Facebook ?

And it's created a new account?

If yes, as I mentioned before, sign out of everything and sign in with the purchasing ID
