Not something other members can make happen
Refunds usually only go back to the funding source to the best of my knowledge/experience
The seller you left the neg for saying 'eBay don't want to help you'
Why did you not open an item not received dispute and follow through with it?
If the seller can't prove it was sent to your address, then it is automatically going to go in your favour
Why has eBay told you otherwise?
